What is the return process of Newegg?
Customers have the option to have the purchases returned or replaced for a similar item. Refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Items must be returned with all original components and parts. They should also be returned with the original packaging.
When returning items, you first need to secure an RMA for your item. Simply create one through the online site or seek the assistance of the customer service department. Upon issuance of the RMA, send the purchased item back to Newegg along with your RMA number. Once your request is received, an email notification will be sent out. The review process may take up to 5 business days. Upon review, Newegg may send a replacement or a refund.
